Lily specializes in Polarity Therapy, and has completed the Associate Polarity Practitioner training in Whitefish, Montana. Polarity is a holistic practice which combines energetically based bodywork, self-awareness, nutrition, and exercise. Polarity Therapy is a comprehensive wellness system, and is the energetic paradigm from which Lily works.
Polarity acknowledges that energy precedes form and matter, and for lasting change to occur, we must address the way energy is flowing throughout one’s system to invite balance and health physically, emotionally, and mentally. Blocked currents and disharmony in ones energy field can result in tension, pain, and disease. This modality recognizes that the underlying intelligence in all living systems seeks to create greater order and health. The Polarity practitioner uses bioelectromagnetic concepts to work with the energetic anatomy of one’s system to invite energy to flow optimally, by tapping into the client’s innate healing potential.
